Meet Your Coach – Kevin Narog
👋 Hey! I’m Kevin—founder of Secure Wellness Solutions, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). I also hold degrees in Kinesiology, Psychology, Business, and Finance, and I bring over a decade of training experience into every session.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from busy professionals and parents to athletes, marathon runners, and everyday gym-goers trying to move better and stay consistent. I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle life, goals, and injuries—and I’m here to make fitness sustainable, challenging, and something you actually look forward to.
